Youth Programming

YWCA of the Upper Lowlands Youth Development program’s mission is to strengthen the community by empowering youth and maximizing their personal and educational potential. We provide comprehensive and innovative college and career preparation, as well as diversity and leadership workshops for at-risk youth, giving them a unique opportunity of an accomplished future.
